Where exactly is Udumbara?

In Es Caló de Sant Agustí, on the Carretera de la Mola km 12.3, inside Hotel Entre Pinos. Five minutes by car from Es Pujols, twelve from Sant Francesc, two from Es Caló beach. Map on /en/contact/.

Do I need to be a Hotel Entre Pinos guest?

No. We're open to the general public — staying at the hotel, in a private villa, in Migjorn, Sant Francesc, La Mola, or visiting from Ibiza.

Is it a spa with thermal circuit, sauna or pool?

No. Udumbara is a massage and beauty studio, not a thermal spa. We have one massage room and one beauty room, both built for personalised treatment — no water circuit.

Bookings

Booking and changing appointments

How do I book?

Online from the website in six languages. Pick service, day, time and leave your details. We confirm manually within hours.

Can I book on the same day?

In mid-season (May, October) almost always. In high season (June–September) we recommend 24–48 hours in advance.

How to change or cancel?

Reply to the confirmation email or WhatsApp us with the reference. With more than 24 h notice, your deposit becomes credit valid until 31 December 2026. With less than 24 h, the deposit is non-refundable. Full details in our terms.

Is there a deposit or upfront payment?

Only for some services and during high season. If applicable, you'll get a separate email with a Stripe payment link. The rest is paid in the cabin.

Which languages do you work in?

Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian. All emails, reminders and the cabin session in your chosen language.

Do you take groups or multiple bookings?

Yes, with prior coordination. For 3+ people the same day, message us on WhatsApp with dates and services and we'll arrange it.

Payment and pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash and card in the cabin after the treatment. Deposits or packages via Stripe (card).

Do you offer packages or discount cards?

No fixed packages, but we discount combined sessions or multiple acupuncture series. Ask before booking.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Open amount or specific treatment. Message us on WhatsApp with the amount or service and we email a printable PDF.

How early should I arrive?

10–15 minutes. Enough to settle in, exchange a few words and start the treatment on time.

What should I bring?

Nothing. Towels, sheets and oils are in the cabin. For traditional Thai massage we recommend comfortable clothing — no oil, no table.

Are there contraindications?

Few, but they exist. First-trimester pregnancy (some massages), anticoagulation, fever. Mention any medical condition when booking or starting the session.
